Who we are
BHGlobal-ai, LLC ("BHG", "we") is a business brokerage licensed in California (DRE Broker License #01164154). We represent buyers and prospective buyers of businesses. This policy covers bhglobal-ai.co, our sign-in pages, the buyer desk, and the emails and messages our desk sends you.

Choose your language from the selector at the top of this page. English is the original; each other language version says the same thing, and none is a machine translation.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us and what we need to run the site. We do not buy lists or sell your data.

Who handles your data
All BHG staff members and Agents work under Broker supervision as per DRE guidelines.
Some of our desk agents are AI systems. They read your search criteria and messages, match you to businesses, and draft replies. Any message an AI agent sends you says that it comes from an AI agent. Decisions that bind you or BHG, such as offers and contracts, are made by people.
Our AI agents run on services from Anthropic (Claude), DeepSeek and Base44. BHG does not use your data to train AI models, and does not sell or give it to anyone to train theirs. These providers are not owned or controlled by BHG; they process data under their own terms: Anthropic, DeepSeek, Base44.
Who we share it with
We share your data only as below. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.

BHG and most of these providers are in the United States, so your data is handled there, whichever country you visit from.
How long we keep it
As a licensed broker, BHG keeps every communication with you, electronic or otherwise, and the records of each transaction for a minimum of three years, as California DRE rules require. We do not alter them. We keep them even if you ask us to delete your data, and use them only for that purpose.
- Communications with you, electronic or otherwise, including match emails: a minimum of three years.
- Transaction files: a minimum of three years after the transaction closes or ends.
- Search criteria and account details: kept with your communications, a minimum of three years after your last contact with us.
- Visit and security logs: one year, archived.
Unsubscribing stops our emails at once. It does not shorten these periods.
Your choices and rights
- Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to [email protected].
- See your data: ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Correct it: ask us to fix anything wrong.
- Delete it: ask us to delete it. We will, except records the law requires us to keep (see above).
- Object or limit: ask us to stop using your data for matching.
To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you used with us. We answer within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local privacy law, including a complaint to your data protection authority. Write to us and we will help.
Cookies, security and the rest
- Cookies: we use one cookie to keep you signed in and one to protect sign-in forms. Google sets cookies if you sign in with Google, and GTranslate if you use the language menu on our other pages. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Security: passwords are stored only as one-way hashes; the site is served over HTTPS; our database accepts only fixed, logged operations; and every change to a transaction record is recorded. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
- Children: the site is for adults buying businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
- Changes: we will post changes here with a new date, and email registered users about material ones.
